Weather Modification

Here's something most people don't know about: human beings can modify the weather!
And how! You may have heard about the Chinese seeding clouds to make it rain on days when the olympics weren't going on. But the US government's been trying to do this too, obviously.

Here's an example. And check this out! Click on the PDF of volume 3, chapter 15:
"owning the weather in 2025." Here's the summary:

"In 2025, US aerospace forces can “own the weather” by capitalizing on emerging technologies and focusing development of those technologies to war-fighting applications. Such a capability offers the war fighter tools to shape the battlespace in ways never before possible. It provides opportunities to impact operations across the full spectrum of conflict and is pertinent to all possible futures. The purpose of this paper is to outline a strategy for the use of a future weather-modification system to achieve military objectives rather than to provide a detailed technical road map. A high-risk, high-reward endeavor, weather-modification offers a dilemma not unlike the splitting of the atom. While some segments of society will always be reluctant to examine controversial issues such as weather-modification, the tremendous military capabilities that could result from this field are ignored at our own peril. From enhancing friendly operations or disrupting those of the enemy via small-scale tailoring of natural weather patterns to complete dominance of global communications and counterspace control, weather-modification offers the war fighter a wide-range of possible options to defeat or coerce an adversary. Some of the potential capabilities a weather-modification system could provide to a war-fighting
commander in chief (CINC) are listed in table 1. Technology advancements in five major areas are necessary for an integrated weather-modification capability:
(1) advanced nonlinear modeling techniques,
(2) computational capability,
(3) information gathering and transmission,
(4) a global sensor array, and
(5) weather intervention techniques.

Some intervention tools exist today and others may be developed and refined in the future."

They're talking about manipulating the weather so that it rains the way they want, storms
happen the way they want... one of the strategies suggested is to induce drought and deprive the enemy of water. This is madness, obviously! Reckless experimentation with global weather is already taking place. Anybody who doesn't know should do some research into HAARP, which is a facility up in Alaska where they have a huge high frequency transmitter waiting to stimulate the ionosphere. People go crazy thinking about what this thing might be for, here's one of the many youtube videos about it. What we're told is that they want to send tons of charges into the ionosphere just to "see what will happen" and this is going to make our communication and surveillance better.

This weather issue is just one more case of more and more crazy power being centralized into
"the government's" hands. Who gets to decide whom to survey? Who decides how to use all this crazy technology? There is no public oversight of these programs whatsoever, no accountability. This is the government that brought you the Deepwater Horizon disaster, the Missouri flooding, and the response to Hurricane Katrina. Do you really want it engineering weather and messing with the ionosphere?

Secrets!

Hey everyone, it's time to tell you all about the crazy things I believe
that you might call "conspiracy theories." First, I'd like to point you to this article.

Now, that was pretty good for my case, wasn't it? Well, you don't even now what
my case is. Anyway, the idea is that there are a lot of secrets that are very important
that are being kept from people, on purpose, by those in power. They control the
media, and thus the information we receive about the world. Some of the secrets that
first article talked about, in case you didn't read it:

- they planned the Iraq war before 9/11 ever happened.
- the savings and loans crisis of the 80s was super bad and caused by corruption
and plutocratic deregulation! 7 out of 8 major banks failed, and the response
of both parties was to sweep it under the rug.
- torturing, spying... the government said for a long time it just didn't do these things,
but it started spying on us as soon as Bush took power, again- before 9/11!

Guys, something is waaay fishy and we all act way too normally. We KNOW that our government
started spying on us and torturing people before 9/11, the big scary terrorist attack which supposedly justified all these policies, ever happened.

Meanwhile, the infrastructure of the economy is under direct attack! Do not believe that we are coming out of this recession for a minute. Look at the map at the top: the US and Western Europe are the MOST IN DEBT of any set of countries on earth, by far. China is the big creditor, and they basically own us and could destroy us economically at any time. That's pretty common knowledge. Since China's owns a lot of our debt, they can really mess us up by collecting it whenever they want. If they do, then we will be screwed because we don't have the money. Our current strategy for dealing with this problem is just to make more money, which is a strategy you can read a bit about over here.

Government secrets have always been around, but they started getting serious with the manhattan project. This was the first multi-million dollar campaign that was totally secret. Later, in 1947 the national security act was passed which created the CIA, the NSC (National Security Counsel), and also consolidated the military into one entity, the department of defense (up until it had been called the department of war). Read all about it here.

Since then, there have been secret budgets that are a matter of national security. No one knows how much money the CIA gets, or what they spend it on, except for the times when one of their coups or something becomes public. No oversight, no democracy, just secret acts of war. But it's not even as bad as we don't know where the money goes.... NO ONE knows where the money goes.

Check this out. It's about Donald Rumsfeld coming out of september 10, 2001 and saying hey guys, we have no idea what happened to 2.3 trillion dollars in one year. This is crazy, it's corruption, it's incompetence- why do they have so much power if they're such idiots? The military has no idea what it does with a quarter of its money. This is a huge secret!!! This is a HUGE DEAL!!! This is among the most important things happening in the world, since it's the most complex set of human relationships that exists anywhere, with the most coordination and the most advanced technology, and we have no idea what they're doing.

We can't know what's going on in MENA

The Middle East / North Africa region of the world is going crazy right now, and the unrest threatens to spread to Europe and the other western countries as their economies inevitably deteriorate. Let us make no mistake about it: the Middle East and Middle America are a world apart, but they are also intrinsically connected in today's globalized, decentralized economy. The instability in food prices which were a major cause of the assorted uprisings that took place earlier this year had a lot to do with American policy, actually.

One part of it was that America insists on making a lot of its corn into fuel.

That means a lot of food that could be sold on the world market and eaten is instead siphoned off into a horribly inefficient fuel. In 2009, we could have fed 330 MILLION more people in the world, but we made ethanol instead. I'm getting a little off of my intended topic, but my point is that America was a big hand in what's happening in these "spontaneously" revolting countries.

I put spontaneously in quotes because it turns out that much of the organizing that went into the protests which have destabilized the region came from outside. The US State department created a website called "movements.org" which is also sponsored by MTV, Google, Pepsi, Youtube, and MSNBC. It turns out that a lot of the information reported by western news media is received second-hand from people who claim to be in touch with on-the-ground activists but who actually are staying in Washington. It's very very fishy, especially since it makes exceedingly little sense for us to be going in airstriking the heck out of Gaddafi for "human rights abuses," since we as a nation are responsible for so many atrocities of our own! On top of that, there are dozens of other horrible despots in the world right now; here's a list of all the "bad guys." So what's really happening over there? No one can really tell you, other than, NATO is pissed.

One theory of mine is that they're going after Gaddafi because he's not yet part of the new economic world order- the regime of central banks in charge of running the neoliberal economies which have been set up all over the world. In fact, Libya is one of the only 5 or so countries which don't yet have one: the list is Iran; North Korea; Sudan; Cuba; and Libya. All the "bad" countries, no? Psst: The Libyan "rebels" have already set up a new central bank in the country

By the way, what is NATO still doing? They were there to defend the free world from communism, but now that the Soviet regime has fallen, it doesn't seem to make a ton of sense to still have NATO doing stuff. If they ever let Israel into that club, watch out.

It's clear that the West wants everyone to conform with its idea of trade, which helpfully serves its own interests. We're seeing resistances to that from the countries in the Middle East, some of which are taking steps to get out of the economic hegemony of the US, like starting to trade oil for something other than dollars. In 2000 Saddam Hussein switched from the dollar to the Euro.
We saw how that turned out, and that's how it's continuing to turn out for all those countries which haven't been forcefully brought into line yet. Iran just got off the dollar, with President Ahmadinejad calling the dollar a "worthless piece of paper." Is it any surprise the war drums are being beaten again for Iran? The silver stake to the United States economy is losing the hegemony of the dollar, currently the world's reserve currency. But it's inevitable: the dollar is not worth very much at all. There is a lot of disinformation about the state of the dollar and the economy more broadly, but I'll get into that elsewhere.

I'm sure Gaddafi and Ahmadinejad both are not so nice dudes, believe me. But you can't blame people for liking them, because the west is SO MUCH WORSE. Believe me, if you look into the wars the US has caused, then it's clear. This is our foreign policy. One of my favorite things to think about it how Americans would feel if we were an the receiving end of ANY of the shit we give the rest of the world. We just realized we could sell people guns and make mad money, and then rebuild their country, and make mad money OR just make them in debt to us so that they have to do whatever we want, basically. Look up GATT, the IMF, and the World Bank, three huge arms of the global "Shiva the destroyer/creator" industry we have set up.

So my thinking/ advice is this: do not believe in a righteous war in the Middle East! The solution to the problems is not war and has never been. The situation was caused by war, and by colonialism! Its solution will come through a rectification of American and other western policy, not by forcing the Middle East to get in line. I fear that if the hardline stance continues, we will have world war!
